Another character from the fairy tail that doesn't appear in the entire series up until the second last season. She is a smug-looking lady from the dark guild Tartaros. Fairy Tail is famous for producing unique characters. Kyouka is one of them with her distant looks. She is half human and half aviary and has scales drawn over her forehead.
